NOTE: the format of the power variables in EEPROM and FLASH memory is the following:
Power variable format

XXXXXXXXXXXX -à MANTISSA YYYY -à EXPONENT
The mantissa is lower than 2000 and the exponent lower than 16.
The YYYY value corresponds to the value on the "INF" table, with which it is possible to find the
engineering unit to be associated to the XXXXXXXXXXXX mantissa.
